Senior HR Business Partner, Factories (Veszpr�m, R�szke)


The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will support the leadership teams in Veszpr�m ice cream factory (Magnum, Carte D’Or) and R�szke factory (Knorr) to deliver their strategies, manage their people, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders. He/She will assure overall HR governance and HR projects delivery in the household factory (Coccolino, Domestos) in Ny�rb�tor.


Based mainly in Veszpr�m, working across multiple locations stakeholders and levels within the organization, the role will support the delivery of HR strategy. In close collaboration with the global, with a local group of 3 colleagues the HRBP will manage the day-to-day HR operations activity for factory employees; ensuring that a consistent approach is implemented across the entire organization. The HR Business Partner will also be the lead in key HR initiatives and change programmes; advising on local employment law and supporting managers with performance management, business change, succession planning and talent management for all three factories.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a blend of strategic and tactical HR support to attract, develop, engage and retain top talent.
  • Drive key HR initiatives across the organization, including performance and talent management, succession planning, compensation planning, staffing, training and development, diversity and inclusion, rewards & recognition, and employee communication.
  • Actively contribute to the business strategy; providing HR expertise and challenge to the management team.
  • Partner with the business to develop HR agenda in line with the business strategy and deliver against them.
  • Work with department leadership on establishing key people strategies to support business objectives.
  • Act as advisor and facilitator to the business in key areas such as organisational design, change processes and internal communication.
  • Act as a sounding board and coach to business managers; provide them with exceptional HR support, advice, guidance, skills and tools to proactively manage their teams effectively.
  • Advice on all employee relations issues, at all times ensuring best practice, legal compliance and policies and procedures are adhered to - where necessary, partnering with internal and external outside legal counsel.
  • Promote and support the performance management process providing training solutions and partnering with CEE Learning & Development function.

Requirements:
  • College/ University degree
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English
  • Experience working of business partnering in a multinational, fast paced matrix organization, preferably in a production environment
  • Well-versed in current Hungarian labour law, with the ability to apply this to varying situations and scenarios
  • Thorough understanding of management trade unions, key legal, labour legislation, compliance, safety and other regulatory issues involved in key HR processes
  • Able to exercise independent judgement and make sound HR related decisions that enhance business performance ensuring they comply with local practices, laws and regulations
