Senior Learning & Development Specialist



Responsibilities
  • Provides inputs to the Learning & Development strategy/plan for Vodafone Hungary
  • Develops robust L&D tools, systems and processes and manage the changes in L&D processes and systems
  • Supports the HR Management in identifying and managing the L&D budget in line with the business financial planning cycle.
  • Prepares project and implementation plans that ensure the delivery of the L&D plan.
  • Measures the effectiveness of the delivery of the L&D strategy/plan
  • Responsible for building influential and mutually respectful relationships with line managers and leaders across the business.
  • Establishment of an effective network both internally and externally.
  • Establishment of a process with the HR Business Partners to identify and analyse the learning and development needs each year
  • Provides a Learning and Development catalogue to address critical business needs.
  • Provides expert advice and support as appropriate to the HR team and line managers
  • Active participation in talent management and PD related projects.

    Requirements

  • College/University degree
  • At least 10 years working experience including 3 years in a similar role, specifically in a global multi-national environment
  • Experienced L&D professional with experience of managing changes in L&D processes and establishing good quality business focused development
  • Relationship management and consultancy skills
  • Proactivity and customer oriented mindset is essential
  • Fluent English
