Job purpose:
The Reward & Recognition Specialist�s main responsibility is to implement and provide ongoing support, compensation analysis and consultancy aligned with Vodafone Hungary�s reward strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
Support the implementation of Vodafone Hungary�s Reward strategy, in line with the Vodafone values, Vodafone Hungary�s People Strategy and the Global Reward policies
Ensure the compliance of reward systems with legal regulations
Responsible for developing and analysing compensation benchmarks
Provide information and recommendations on the competitive positioning
Support monitoring the variable pay for performance framework to all levels
Responsible for maintaining and developing Vodafone Hungary�s benefit and recognition programmes according to the legal requirements
Support line managers and business partners in the effective planning and communication of reward processes and ensure that reward policies and procedures are fully utilised and adhered to within the company
Requirements:
Business fluency in English
University/College degree
3-5 years of reward experience, ideally in a multinational environment
Good practical understanding and application of both fixed and variable pay structures and benefits structures, good local market knowledge
Understanding of HR administrative processes and the Hungarian Labour Code
Project Management skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages (Advanced Excel skills)
Experience of working with Reward tools (e.g. SAP HR module) is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Good problem solving skills
