HR Generalist
Hewitt Human Tanácsadó Kft. is currently looking for a dynamic
to support the local business on all Operational HR issues, with a strong focus on recruiting, administration and pay. This person will report to the HR Lead for the region and will work most closely with the managers and staff based in Budapest.
Tasks:
Provides advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation;
Accountable for monthly payroll (preparation, respond to employee questions)
Ensure full compliance of HR/labour processes (local legislation and company policies)
Manage the staffing activities according to the qualitative and quantitative requirements of the organization
Manage the whole recruitment process (select recruitment partners/supports, selection and assessment)
Manage external partnerships (recruitment firms, universities, media)
Monitor HR related expenses
Provide data and analysis for manager information
Coordinate promotions, confirmations and salary reviews
Requirements:
Degree in Economics/Business or HR
2-3 years of HR experience in a similar role and preferably in an international professional services environment
Knowledge of labour law, policies, procedures, payroll, reporting
Fluency in English
Good computer skills
Superior communication skills and client service approach
Process and system awareness
Excellent analytical skills
Independent, confident personality
Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload
