This workgroup will identify the challenges facing not just business and HR in general but those facing you and your organization and identifying what it actually means for HR to be a "True" Strategic Business Partner. We will look at where HR as a function needs to focus but also on what this means for senior HR professionals and where "Strategic Partnership" is headed.

We will ask you to bring real challenges that you are facing so we don't just explore the theory and practice but also bring it alive for you and your business. If we live in a world of exponential change it's about living with constant change not a world where, according to the traditional models of change, we unfreeze and refreeze. We'll look at how change has become a way of life not a project, why restructuring never ends and having the drivers in place to ensure company culture wins every time.
