`The circumstances and the environment influence on our lives, but we are the one who responsible for ourselves…` (P.Coelho)
Indeed! All those circumstances that I chose until now helped me to be the person who I am today; They made it possible to be employed and gain real practical experience already during my BA studies and made it possible to go along a special path ever since:
The diverse employment backgrounds, and the fact that `circumstances and the environment influenced` my career in such varied ways gave me only good: `Give me any tasks, I make it; give me a challenge and I move houses`.
The last 6 years of employment time taught me to be open, curios, and ready to change;
Having spent a year within the EU Institutions was a privilege that, besides many other skills, gave me solid knowledge of EU decision-making, EU law and the their internal workflow.
At the Ministry for National Economy I was responsible to organize events on Ministerial level and learn about the sometimes forgotten aspect, called Diplomacy Protocol.
Prior to these `environments` working for HAYS as a recruitment consultant enabled me to gain such outstanding skills as resume writing, CV screening, interviewing techniques, full-fledged recruitment consultancy and above all people and negotiations skills.
I am grateful for all employees above for enhancing my betterment – and I am grateful for my former working place, which, again, offered me an extraordinary platform to demonstrate my skills:
- First, in the field of regulatory Marketing and Sales, where I could further develop my sales, presentation, communication, writing and cultural awareness abilities;
- Second, in the field of Human Resource, where I can further develop my skills in HRM, in full-fledged recruitment on the organizational side (incl. attraction, selection, training, assessment, and rewarding) and being able to work with the company`s CEO on organizational policies and cultures.
And what am I up to now?
I am freelancer journalist and editor at several platforms (The Culture Trip / One Europe), raising my voice for a Quality Internship Framework together with Brussels-based NGOs, helping young people to boost their employability through individual sessions and act as a consultant for companies, who are about to establish an HR Department in their organization. Besides these project, I am writing my own sites: http://grassisalwaysgreener.net & http://humanfaktor.hu
The aim of my presence at HRBlogs is to help young and senior alike; to highlight the similarities and differences between local and foreign needs or requirements. Therefore, I will use a bilingual approach to help a wider audience!
Thank you for following me!
